Our head board comprising our President, Secretary, Vice President and Treasurer had their third board meeting of RY 24-25 on our Charter Day, 20 September 2024.

They reiterated the overall plans and budget for the year. They reviewed the reports and accounts of July, August & September and approved the calendar for the month of October in advance. The board meeting took place via Zoom Meetings from 09.30 PM to 10.15 PM on 20 September 2024.

The second edition of CEAT (Creativity Evolution Among Toddlers) took place from 02.30 PM to 03.30 PM at Agnes School, Puliakulam on account of our Charter Day, 20 September 2024

Rtr.Sakthi Meenakshi, President, Rotaract Club of Coimbatore Cosmos and Rtr.Pulla Kumari, Secretary, Rotaract Club of Coimbatore Cosmos handed over the art materials and art books for the toddlers. They explained the importance and methods of colouring for children and set them all a target art time for the quarterly vacation. The children were happy to receive the vacation colouring materials. The project was fully financed by Rotary Coimbatore Changemakers. Mr.Suresh, Correspondent of Agnes School and the teachers were present. They appreciated the Rotary and Rotaract Club for the lovely endeavour.

CEAT (Creativity Enhancement Among Toddlers) is our initiative to provide opportunities to enhance the creativity of the toddlers of Agnes School, Coimbatore. Our fully sponsored art competition for the kids will be supported by Rotaract Club of Coimbatore Cosmos.

The second of the 2 editions will take place on our Charter Day, September 20 2024. Rtn.Ilanchelian will preside the event which would take place from 02.30 PM to 03.00 PM
