Chennai Speakers Forum (CSF) Club is one of the Community Toastmaster clubs functioning in Chennai as part of the Toastmasters International, USA (TMI). The fundamental objectives of CSF are to develop public speaking skills in a friendly environment and to develop

leadership qualities by providing opportunities to the Members to serve as officers or by performing various roles during the meeting. A Blend of – Enthusiasm, Commitment, Passion, Zeal, and the Desire to Learn – join the Gang of the Chennai Speakers to get molded into the Speaker & Leader YOU want to be. We’re Chennai Speakers Forum, and we believe in Creating Success…Forever! The mission of the club: We learn together to speak and Lead with Confidence and Courage. CSF was started on 11th September 2011, by bifurcating Chennai Toastmasters Club (CTM) Since then, CSF has been flourishing with young, experienced, and dynamic Members. CSF is known for its exuberance and high level of energy at each and every meeting. Every Club in TI is part of an Area. Several ” Areas” constitute a ” Division ” and several “Divisions” are grouped under a “District”. CSF comes under Area A3, which is part of Division A which in turn comes under District 120.

The Champion Series reaches its final chapter today.

After exploring the craft of delivering humour with Aadil Ibrahim, mastering impactful evaluations with DTM Karthick Mohandoss, and learning to turn everyday moments into memorable humorous speeches with TM Karthika Mani, the Champion Series concludes today with TM Selvarajan A and The Subtle Art of Giving Feedback.

You’ve been watching the speaker. This time, watch the evaluator.

This Sunday, Chennai Speakers Forum proudly presents the fourth and FINAL Champion Series session, The Subtle Art of Giving Feedback, by TM Selvarajan A, where you’ll discover what goes into a thoughtful evaluation and what happens when the evaluator gets evaluated too.

An HR Head at ILLUMINE-i and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation, Selvarajan brings a wealth of experience in communication and evaluation. A three-time District Champion, Table Topics (2018), International Speech Contest (2023), and Speech Evaluation Contest (2024), he has mastered the art of observing, analysing, and delivering feedback that makes a difference. The session will begin with practical evaluation techniques, followed by a mock evaluation where evaluators get evaluated on their evaluations.

Meeting #687 at Chennai Speakers Forum reminded us that learning becomes even more memorable when paired with a smile. From TMOD TM Rishi’s theme quiz, the first of it’s kind in this term, that began in our WhatsApp group and carried into the meeting, to the sparkling moments throughout the session and TM Karthika Mani’s insightful humorous educational speech, every moment added to an unforgettable experience.
