Chennai Shows the Power of Compassion

As temperatures soar, citizens across the city are stepping forward to help thirsty community animals and birds survive the harsh summer. Hundreds of water bowls have already been placed, and countless lives are being protected through simple acts of kindness.

A bowl of water outside your home, office, shop, or street can mean the difference between life and death for a thirsty animal or bird.

This summer, let’s ensure that no community animal or bird suffers from thirst. Every drop matters. Every life matters.

Thanks to Mr. for this coverage.

A monumental victory for animal welfare and compassion in Tamil Nadu!

The Madras High Court has delivered a landmark directive strictly banning the slaughter of cows and calves across the state. Ruling that sacrificing cows is not an essential religious practice, the court has firmly ordered that no gentle souls be harmed in makeshift or unauthorized zones.

This beautiful milestone mirrors history! A few years back, the Madras High Court stood tall for animal rights by passing a similar historic interim order banning camel slaughter across Tamil Nadu following a dedicated petition by PFCI.

Compassion wins again, proving that a kinder world is not just a dreamβ€”it is the law. Let’s celebrate this joyous step toward a protected future for all innocent lives!

They were never meant to live in chains. πŸ’”

Elephants belong in the wild β€” walking free, surrounded by their families, forests, and freedom.

Captivity, chains, fear, and control can never replace the life nature intended for them.

Appeal to Hon’ble Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann Ji & AAP Chief Arvind Kejriwal Ji

Street dogs are innocent lives, not enemies.
The Hon’ble Supreme Court has never ordered the killing or elimination of all dogs.

Any mass removal, killing, or cruel action against community dogs would go against the spirit of India’s animal protection laws and will amount to contempt of court.

We sincerely request the Punjab Government to choose humane and scientific solutions such as:

β€’ Sterilisation (ABC Program)
β€’ Vaccination
β€’ Responsible waste management
β€’ Public awareness & compassionate coexistence

Cruelty is not the answer.
Compassion, law, and science are.

Please protect both human lives and innocent animals together.

Today, our hearts for the voiceless, innocent dogs of our land, gentle souls who ask for nothing but a show of kindness in a world that has turned cruel against them.

Once again, these poor, homeless beings are being blamed and pushed towards , not because they are monsters, but because certain officials and authorities have miserably failed to uphold the age-old law of our nation.

The Animal Birth Control (ABC) Rules, the compassionate mandate of the land, are crystal clear: catch the dogs, sterilise them with care, vaccinate them, and release them back to their territories. Not cage them. Not warehouse them in overcrowded shelters where suffering multiplies. Not condemn them to a slow, heartbreaking death. Yet, for years, this humane law has gathered dust due to apathy, negligence, and utter failure of implementation by those entrusted with its enforcement.

These voiceless dogs are now paying with their lives for the government’s inaction. They are for a crisis created not by them, but by human indifference. How can we, as a civilized society, sleep peacefully while our streets echo with the silent cries of starving, frightened animals who only wanted to survive?

PFCI demands immediate, strict enforcement of the ABC Rules in their true spirit. Sterilise, vaccinate, and release β€” this is the only humane and legal path. We will not stay silent as our innocent four-legged children are punished for the sins of official neglect.

Save our voiceless dogs. Enforce the law. Restore compassion.

PS: This is our reaction on the oral order delivered today, we will give a detailed view once we get the official order copy.
