Our Story

AIDBEA- Founded in 1985 with just 5 members - now we have over 850 deaf bank staff as our members spread all over India. We tried hard to rehabilitate the deaf in getting jobs and give special training in Banking Subjects. 35 batches of special training programmes conducted at various Staff colleges of Banks. IBA recognised our faculty. One of the best organised NGO at National Level.
