THOZHAN was started in 2007 as a small initiative by 4 friends to visit privileged homes (Orphanages/Destitute homes) which we fondly refer to as "Anbu Illangal". Initial plan was to visit privileged homes and later we started doing many activities for the betterment of our country which are listed below.
Thozhan’s aim is to transform each and every aspiring individual into a Leader !!!

Anbu illam:
Visiting orphanage to aid them by giving education, moral and financial needs and make them self sustainable.
அன்பு இல்லம்:
குழந்தைகள்மற்றும் ஆதரவற்றோர் இல்லங்களில் நேரத்தை செலவிடுவதும் குழந்தைகளுக்கு கல்வி கற்பித்தல், பொருளாதார தேவையை பூர்த்திசெய்தல் போன்ற பணிகளை செய்துவருகின்றோம்.
Speech workshop:
We conduct speech workshop every month where we choose and speak about a particular socio economic issue on a public place which helps one to overcome stage fear and gather knowledge on current affairs.
பேச்சுப்பயிலரங்கம்:
பொது மேடைகளில் தயக்கமின்றி பேசவும் நாட்டு நடப்பின் உண்மை தன்மை அறிந்து முக்கியமான நிகழ்வுகளை பொதுமக்கள் முன்னிலையில் ஒவ்வொரு மாதமும் கலந்தாலோசிக்கும் தளம் இது.
Accident Free Nation:
Chennai stands first in the number of deaths due to accidents and India tops the world. The reason for the Accident is not obeying traffic rules. To change this scenario, we started doing Traffic awareness campaign where we spread awareness of dangers in not following traffic rules to public in road signals across Chennai.
விபத்தில்லா தேசம்:
இந்தியாவில் தமிழ்நாடும், தமிழகத்தில் சென்னை தான் விபத்தால் ஏற்படும் உயிரழப்புகள் முதலிடத்தில் உள்ளது. இதற்கு காரணம் சாலை விதிகளை மீறுவதும் அதன் விளைவுகளை பற்றிய அறியாமையும் தான். இந்த நிலையை மாற்றவே நாம் சாலை விழிப்புணர்வு பிரச்சாரம் செய்ய தொடங்கினோம். முக்கிய சாலை சந்திப்புகளில் சாலை விதிகளை கடைபிடிப்பதன் முக்கியதுவத்தை பாதசாரிகளுக்கும் வாகன ஓட்டிகளுக்கும் விழிப்புணர்வு பலகைகள் மற்றும் துண்டு பிரசுரங்கள் மூலம் தெரியபடுத்துவோம்.
Sudesamitran:
A monthly e-magazine to provide a platform for young and budding writers and to showcase their talents. Unlike other magazines, sudesamitran will have articles, poetris related to society, politics and current affairs which have impact on citizens of this country.
சுதேசமித்திரன்:
சமுதாய முன்னேற்றத்திற்கான சிந்தனை உடைய வளர்ந்து வரும் எழுத்தாளர்களுக்கும் இன்றைய அரசியல் நிகழ்வுகளையும் நாட்டுநடப்பையும் கட்டுரை மற்றும் கவிதைகள் மூலமாக வெளிப்படுத்தக்கொண்டிருக்கும் மாதாந்திர இணைய வழி பத்திரிகை.
Beyond:
To get in touch with schools, college, corporate offices and other like minded people to involve with us and to handle seminar session and get financial support from interested persons. You can also extend your support to admin works like mailing, social media support,etc

தமிழகம் முழுவதிலும் உள்ள பள்ளி கல்லூரி அலுவகங்கள் மற்றும் சக இயக்கங்களுடன் இணைந்து நம் பணிகளை செய்யவும், முடிந்த இடங்களில் பொருளாதார பங்களிப்பு ஏற்பாடு செய்வதும், குறுந்தகவல் மற்றும் இணையவழி பணிகளை குழுவுடன் இணைந்து செயல்படுதல் போன்ற பணிகளை செய்ய விருப்பமுள்ளவர்கள் இதில் பங்குகொள்ளளாம்.
