When challenges arise, students must learn to face them with courage instead of escaping from them.

As the founder of School4Change, I wanted our students to experience the world of sculpting so they could learn patience, awareness, discipline, and perseverance through real-life learning.

During this school on wheels journey, we met Mr. Veera, who began sculpting at just 12 years old in Mahabalipuram.

From learning with simple chisels and hand tools to overcoming struggles, injuries, and sacrifices, his journey reflected true dedication and resilience.

His story reminded our students that mastery is built through patience and hard work. ✨

We had the privilege of meeting Mr. Veera from Mahabalipuram, a sculpting artist with more than 25 years of experience in this incredible field.

His passion for sculpture, dedication towards art, and the wisdom he shared with our students were truly inspiring.

He not only explained the beauty of sculpting but also opened up about

*Student to Leader*: The Story of Sanjay at School4Change
At School4Change, leadership is lived through actions.

Sanjay, a 5th-grade student from a humble family—his father a welder and his mother working in a dress shop—attends the night school every evening.

After completing his own studies, he spends 6:00–8:30 PM helping peers and younger students with patience and care.

He not only clears doubts but also builds confidence. Without any title, Sanjay has naturally become a leader, proving that leadership is not about position, but about uplifting others.

This is the vision of School4Change: to nurture every student into a leader and inspire a generation.
