*Student to Leader*: The Story of Sanjay at School4Change
At School4Change, leadership is lived through actions.

Sanjay, a 5th-grade student from a humble family—his father a welder and his mother working in a dress shop—attends the night school every evening.

After completing his own studies, he spends 6:00–8:30 PM helping peers and younger students with patience and care.

He not only clears doubts but also builds confidence. Without any title, Sanjay has naturally become a leader, proving that leadership is not about position, but about uplifting others.

This is the vision of School4Change: to nurture every student into a leader and inspire a generation.

We were profoundly blessed to have Thava Thiru Brahmasri Ezhumalai Ayya grace our 19th Annual Day.

As a master of Vasi Yoga and a guide to many, he has shown us what it means to be truly invincible through the mastery of one’s own thoughts.

From teaching our night school students the art of meditation to unlocking the secrets of the subconscious mind, his wisdom is the foundation upon which empires are built. 🏛️🧘‍♂️

It was a moment of pure joy to watch our top-performing students receive their awards from his hands. A truly divine conclusion to a wonderful year!
