Celebrating International Women’s Day with strength, smiles, and spirit!

On 12.03.2026 Uyarvullal Social Work Foundation, in collaboration with Dignity Foundation and the Madras School of Social Work, organized a joyful Sports Day for the elderly members of Mullima Nagar Day Care Centre at Pattinampakkam.

Through fun activities like musical chairs, lemon and spoon race, ball passing, and group games, our beloved elders reminded us that age is just a number when the heart is young.

A beautiful evening filled with laughter, participation, and celebration of the incredible women who have shaped our communities. Special thanks to Ms. Jaishivani, 1st Year MSW student (MSSW) for successfully organising this Community Organisation programme and bringing smiles to our elderly participants.
