This incident occurred on 7 January 2026 at 9:35 a.m. (Central time, local time) on Portland Avenue between East 33rd and 34th Streets in the Central neighborhood of Minneapolis. This section provides a scene reconstruction based on multiple publicly available videos captured from various angles by independent sources/devices. Reported times are approximate and based on a logical temporal reconstruction from the available footage. The location is Portland Avenue roughly between 3328 Portland Avenue (west side) and 3331 Portland Avenue (east side). The direction of travel referenced in this reconstruction is southbound. For scale, a 100-by-100-foot reference grid is used, with an inset scaled to 5 by 5 feet in the corner of the map. Portland Avenue consists of three lanes: one bike lane and two vehicle travel lanes. Based on the available scene depiction, the roadway at the point of the incident is one-way. Parking is present on both sides of the roadway, and a buffer separates the bike lane from the vehicle travel lanes. The area of interest is examined at closer scale. The eastern lanes are depicted as largely inaccessible due to snow accumulation. The area up to the bike-lane buffer is covered by an estimated 3–5 inches of snow (visual estimate from footage). As marked by the three yellow cars, three vehicles are parked along the sides of the roadway in this area during the incident. At 9:35:05 a.m., two vehicles are observed positioned in a manner that partially obstructs traffic flow in the immediate area. The first is a silver Chevrolet Tahoe (license plate [REDACTED]) parked at approximately -12 degrees toward the south. This vehicle is believed to be affiliated with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS); however, this affiliation is not independently confirmed in the footage and is characterized here as an assumption based on the overall context and vehicle presence. To its north is a second vehicle, a maroon Honda Pilot (license plate [REDACTED]) driven by Renée Good. Based on available footage, intent regarding the Honda Pilot’s positioning cannot be determined. At approximately 9:36:50 a.m., additional vehicles believed to be affiliated with federal law enforcement arrive at the scene traveling southbound. Two vehicles are observed. The lead vehicle, a silver Ford Explorer, maneuvers around the Honda Pilot and exits the frame.

China systematically slices more into Indian territory. Even neutral companies like Google Maps, Open Street Maps, and Bing maps are showing - in international versions - Indian territory as "disputed". If in doubt, access Google maps through a VPN outside India, and you will see all these area boundaries in dotted lines! It's time the people of India raise in one voice, not an inch more China!!!
