Namaskaram 🙏

We were delighted to welcome the 1st-year MSW (Master of Social Work) students from Christ College to our ashram on 27th August.

As a regular part of their academic curriculum, students from this college visit our ashram to gain first-hand knowledge about the functioning, management, and impactful activities of NGOs.🌹🌹🌹

At NLCT, we feel truly honored and happy to educate these young minds. We firmly believe that students are the very foundation of tomorrow's society, and shaping their perspective is a privilege.💕💕💕

Our heartfelt prayers for the Ayul, Arokiam, and Sowkiam of all 🙏🙏🙏

Namaskaram! 🙏

Today, we joyfully celebrated India’s 80th Independence Day at the NLCT Ashram premises. It was a beautiful and heartwarming ceremony, graced by the divine presence of our revered founder trustees, Swamy Appa and Lalitha Amma. 🌹💐🌹

The highlights of our morning included:

Flag Hoisting: Our senior resident, Mr. Ranganathan, had the honor of hoisting the Indian National Flag.
🇮🇳

Patriotic Tributes: The atmosphere resonated with patriotic songs, followed by inspiring speeches from Mr. Arunachalam, Smt. Nandeeswari, and our Residential Manager, Shri. Narayanan. 💐💐💐

It was truly wonderful to hear Lalitha Amma speak, with her beautiful words warmly seconded by Swamy Appa. Through this beautiful gesture, they shared their deep dreams and aspirations—expressing their heartfelt wish to see everyone in our community happy, healthy, and always smiling. ❤️❤️❤️

Gratitude & Fellowship: Smt. Parvathi delivered the vote of thanks, after which delicious sweets were distributed.

The celebration concluded beautifully with everyone coming together to sing the National Anthem, followed by a hearty morning breakfast. 💕💕💕

On this auspicious day, we pray for all our global family members to be blessed with an abundance of happiness, good health, and Aishwaryam. 🙏🙏🙏

Namaskaram 🙏

The New Life Charitable Trust feels extremely good when our annadhanam sponsors express their happiness and satisfaction derived in the act of offering food to the senior citizens. 🌺🌺🌺

The blessings they receive from all of them is something which is very unique and chokes them with mixed emotions of love and happiness. 🌟💕🌟

Here is one such incident where we can find the happiness of the wife (Smt Dhayana) when her husband gave this event as her surprise birthday gift. We can also feel her husband's ( Mr. Elumalai) genuine love and care for her by making her day so special with many senior citizens around to wish and bless her good. 🎁🌹🎁

This makes us feel happy that in our journey of community service we are able to bring together the givers and receivers with the same feeling of LOVE and emotional bond. ♥️💐♥️

Prayers for the Ayul, Arokiam and Sowkiam of all. 🙏🙏🙏

✨ A Heartwarming Visit at NLCT Ashram! ✨

It was an absolute delight to welcome Smt. Sita Rajagopalan to the New Life Charitable Trust ashram. 💐🌹💐

She spent wonderful moments connecting and talking with all our dedicated workers and residents. ❤️

The history of NLCT is deeply woven with the incredible support and vision of Shri T. R. Rajagopalan (Senior Civil Lawyer & Counsel, Madras High Court) and Smt. Sita Rajagopalan 🍁🌺🍁

To our founders, Swamy Appa and Lalitha Amma, they have truly been a guiding light—serving as trusted philosophers, friends, guides, and godfathers. 🌟🌹🌟

The entire NLCT family remains forever grateful for their unwavering pillar of support. 😊🌹😊

We pray for their continuous good health, happiness, and prosperity! 🙏🙏🙏

NGO Networking & Awareness Meeting

🤝 Stronger Together for Girls' Rights!
On Saturday, July 25th, The New Life Charitable Trust proudly participated in a vital collaborative meeting organized by "SNEHIDHI" – SRHR (Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights) under the Centre for Women’s Development & Research in Kancheepuram. 📍

The Purpose was to unite local NGOs under a single vision: building strong, collective public awareness regarding the critical health, developmental, and safety rights of young growing girls.

When organizations join forces, our collective voice grows louder. We are deeply committed to empowering the next generation with the knowledge and rights they deserve! 💪✨

Namaskaram 🙏

As we grow older, it is natural to look inward, explore our spiritual side, and seek the deeper purpose of life. 🍁🌻🍁

At NLCT Ashram, we ensure our senior residents spend their evening hours immersed in peace, listening to and watching uplifting spiritual programmes. 🌺

Seeing the happiness and tranquility on their faces is our ultimate reward and satisfaction.
We pray for the Ayul, Arokiam, and Sowkiam of all our residents and well-wishers! 🙏🌹
