Our letter GS 334/2023-26 dated 09.04.2026 addressed to the CGM HR regarding "Aberrations in determination of (transfer) vacancies in scale 2 and 3 - pre and post promotion exercise".

We have submitted the anomalies and the violations of Govt guidelines, thus citing the lack of clarity and transparency in the Annual Transfer Exercise. We strongly urge the Bank to revisit the new transfer policy in its entirety before proceeding with its implementation.

We strongly urge the Management to conduct regular and transparent conversion exercises and treat specialist officers on par with general banking officers as per govt. guidelines and courts' verdicts in order to restore equity, morale, and institutional efficiency.

This bears reference to the Transfer Policy via staff circular 101885-2026 dated 16.03.26 and in continuation to our letters 325 & 327. We urge for corrective action in the interest of fairness, transparency, and organizational harmony.

Our letter GS 327/2023-26 dated 24.03.2026 addressed to the CGM HR regarding "Objection to linking annual appraisal score with request transfer - arbitrary and unjust provision".

This bears reference to the Transfer Policy via staff circular 101885-2026 dated 16.03.26 wherein an officer can be re-transferred in case annual appraisal score falls below 75% after been granted transfer to requested zone. We strongly urge the immediate withdrawal of anti-officer provision from the transfer policy.

Our letter GS 320/2023-26 dated 11.02.2026 addressed to the MD & CEO regarding "Disciplinary proceedings re-commenced against female officers in violation of Hon'ble Court directions".

This bears reference to the WP 28838 of 2024, WA 1815 of 2025, and our letter GS 303. Against the Court orders, the ER Division is moving further for disciplinary actions against the affected female officers and the Inquiry Authority is involved in pressurizing the charge-sheeted officers. We request you to intervene immediately in this matter on priority basis.

Dear comrades,

Availing the opportunity we could get time to meet our MD & CEO at chennai on 6th Feb. 2026.

Along with the undersigned, the treasurer of the state unit Com. Veerendra Kumar C and Com Deepika G, Secretary of the state unit and co-convenor of our all india women wing met our MD & CEO and welcomed and honoured him with a shawl.

We handed over our Memorandum and discussed many points with him. Our MD & CEO has assured to do the best possible.

Our MD & CEO was very cordial, friendly and a pro-employee. He told us that more than 1500 officers are taken out from administrative officers to the branches and assured us that more support will be given to the branches in the coming days.
