Dear Friends of Karunalaya,
11/8/26 marked the beginning of the 32nd Year of Karunalaya. We thank God for His grace and support over the past 31 years of our Service - Protecting the vulnerable Children and Empowering the Marginalised.

We especially Thank You for being the one chosen by God to be a source of support and blessings, in your own way, for all our efforts.

People often think that Karunalaya has all the support it needs, considering our children's participation at international level. The truth is, it has been a miracle every time - we have started from nothing, right from the year 1995.

Somehow, our friends understand our struggles, and they step up at the right time, each in their own way. That is how we have been able to continue for as long as needed.

We are sure that the Lord will reward His Blessings in abundance for all your charitable deeds.

On 2 May 2026, the Team India girls for the Street Child Football World Cup 2026 were officially introduced at Karunalaya Social Service Society.
The event was attended by Chief Guests Mr. Kumar Asirvadham and Mr. John Bosco, President of Karunalaya.
Selvi. Pavithra shared her inspiring journey from the 2022 World Cup in Doha, where she participated at just 13 years old as the youngest member of the team.
Selvi. Poongothai spoke about her challenging family background and how the support of the Karunalaya Girls Shelter, along with her daily dedication to practice, helped her earn a place on the 2026 team.
