"India for a change" is a social platform, started in the year 2010 on Facebook, for people to come together and make this world a better place to live. It has now over four thousand members cutting across different states. We at "India for a change" strongly believe that Individual contribution and collective responsibility are the only ways by which a change can be brought to the society. Howeve
r, changes don't happen overnight as Mahatma Gandhi famously said "Be the change you want to see in the world" or otherwise, the change must commence from oneself. Our primary focus is to spread this fact and show people how their small contribution is positively affecting the lives of many. Although all our campaigns are initiated by our core team, it is executed and managed by our members and contributors. We give them complete freedom to contribute in whatever way possible, be it in the form of ideas, financial support or as volunteers. We observe high level of transparency and therefore, invite all our donors to be a part of our campaigns in whatever way possible. It is also our constant endeavor to reach out to more people and make them be a part of our social initiatives and help them be a part of our changing India.
