At 2026, VEGAS and , alongside Team , signed an organisational MoU in the presence of Deputy Chief Minister Thiru Udhayanidhi Stalin, with Bejoy Arputharaj(President - VEGAS and Founder/CEO - PhantomFX), Peter Sebastian (Secretary- VEGAS and Head projects - Aceolution)and Rajan Ethiraj (CBO - PhantomFX) present, reinforcing a shared commitment to strengthening Tamil Nadu’s technology and innovation ecosystem.

The MoU focuses on priority sectors including AVGC-XR, gaming and visual effects, Artificial Intelligence,XR research, skilling, and emerging deep-tech domains translating policy vision into on-ground industry partnerships with a strong emphasis on employment creation and talent development.

This collaboration is expected to generate significant employment opportunities, further positioning Tamil Nadu as a preferred destination for technology-led growth and innovation.
