However a group of people are repeatedly neglected from this way, means and necessity of life. Persons with certain Disabilities are assumed to lack capacity to take decisions about their lives and / or to be part of a contract or decision making at a higher level say, family, community, organization, State etc

Many persons including those with Disabilities also actually require support in making

their decisions. Decision Making with Support is an initiative to attempt to provide such support, to persons with disabilities who require the same, without any undue influence on the person or his/her decisions.
