She Builds Inaugurations have kickstarted!

Oracle, in partnership with Team Everest NGO, is skilling 950 engineering girl students through the 'She Builds' program across 4 locations.

These are college girls from parentless, single-parent, and financially poor family backgrounds. This program includes foundational knowledge training in product thinking and solution design.

Students will build an MVP (Minimum Viable Product) for a real-world industry problem statement with guidance from technical and industry mentors.

We recently conducted the Program Inaugurations for 300+ students.

The inauguration introduced the students to the program, what they will learn, and the journey ahead.

This is their first step toward building technical skills, learning from industry experts, and putting ideas into action.

Thank you, Oracle, for giving these students the opportunity to learn from industry experts, build real-world solutions, and prepare for their careers.

Now he is gonna need the whole classroom's fingers 😂.

Thanks to the teacher who is so empathetic.

We loved how the teacher volunteered to help the student.

Whoever you are, be a volunteer.

Imagine this.

You are selling clay pots on the roadside.

Suddenly, it starts raining heavily. The street begins to flood, and your pots fall from the cart into the water.

You rush to pick them up, not knowing how you are going to manage everything alone.

Then, strangers step in.

One picks up a pot. Then another. And another.

Soon, people you have never met are standing in the rain, helping you.

Nobody asked them to.

They saw someone struggling and chose to help.

That is volunteering too.

You don’t always need an event or an invitation to volunteer. Sometimes, you just need to notice someone who needs help and step in. ❤️

Has hate ever made anything better?

We don't think so.
But love can.

Every time you choose to help someone, care for someone, or give your time to someone, you are choosing love.

That is what thousands of volunteers have taught us over the years.

You may call it volunteering.
We call it love in action. ❤️

And when more people choose love over hate, we know which one will win.

Hate will never win. Love has never lost.

We planted something 20 years ago. 🌱

Not a sapling.

A thought.

What if volunteering became a part of everyone’s life?

20 years later, we are still planting that thought in more hearts.

One person.
One act.
One volunteer at a time.

Team Everest NGO turns 20. ❤️

It's 20 years of Team Everest promoting Volunteering.

You're never late. If you have not started volunteering yet, this is your time. Become a Volunteer - www.everest.ngo/tevolunteerfa

What does hope look like to you?

For many parentless single-parented and financially poor students, Hope looks like a mentor.

Someone who can guide them and help them become confident and job-ready professionals.

Become a monthly donor and help students like them receive the mentoring they need. Be their hope.

When these students build a career, they don't just change their own future.

They change the future of their families.

Your monthly contribution can give more students the hope, guidance, and support they need to build a better future.
