Every new school year brings a new promise.

A promise that a child will find the confidence to speak up, discover their voice, and believe in their potential.

This week, that promise comes alive once again as SPARKLE resumes across 45+ schools and academic centres in and around Chennai.

Behind every session is the same group of volunteers who chose to show up, not because they have to, but because they believe that an hour of their time can make a lifetime of difference. Through structured conversations, encouragement and shared laughter, they help children build the confidence to communicate.

Here’s to another year of volunteers creating moments that matter, one session at a time.

Our Blood Donation Drive was powered by people who chose to show up - for children battling thalassemia, cancer, and countless others whose lives depend on timely blood transfusions.

To every donor, volunteer, partner, and well-wisher who made the day possible, especially Flo Chennai | Women wing of FICCI you. You reminded us that volunteering isn’t always about giving time. Sometimes, it’s about giving a part of yourself so that someone else gets another chance at life.

At Government Higher Secondary School, Maduravayal, our CSR volunteers from Arun Plus TMT joined hands with their students, to plant 1000 trees, creating not just a greener campus but a shared commitment to care for the planet.

Perhaps this is what meaningful CSR looks like, not just investing in communities today, but nurturing tomorrow’s custodians of nature.

When corporate teams step into the community, they bring something far more valuable than their time, they bring compassion.
Yesterday, our corporate partners visited an elders home. They planted a kitchen garden, nurtured saplings, shared songs, laughter and conversations with destitute elderly residents. What began as a team-bonding activity became something far more meaningful, new friendships with people who eagerly await every visit.
The best team experiences don’t always happen in a conference room. Sometimes, they grow in a garden.

For individuals living with limb loss, a prosthetic is not merely a device. It is dignity restored, independence regained, and confidence rebuilt. It is the ability to walk to work, use both hands, care for family, pursue education, and participate fully in life once again.

This initiative reminds us that impactful CSR is not measured only by numbers, but by the lives that move forward because someone chose to care.
