🌟 An inspiring journey of knowledge and growth !! 🌈Our NMMS training, initiated in October, has been a labor of dedication and perseverance.

🎀 Over the past 5 months, our volunteers thrived every day to diligently prepare and conduct sessions🔥.

🎀 Online sessions were conducted in various batches, with multiple simultaneous sessions occurring within a single day, including energetic early morning classes☀️.

🎀 Offline sessions unfolded in two schools, one in Mysore and another in Vilupuram, bridging the gap between virtual and on-ground interaction💫.

🎀 In the realm of virtual classrooms, our commitment to quality soared high⚡. Doubts were meticulously addressed, tests conducted regularly, and practice with previous year papers and mock tests using OMR was diligently pursued.

🎀 Students actively participated, framing questions that not only challenged them but also earned accolades from our teachers🥳.

🎀 Meet Bowiya Shivani, a shining example of our success story! Trained by our volunteers in 2021-2022, she not only cracked the NMMS exam but also graciously shared her tips and tricks in a session for her juniors, embodying the spirit of creating socially responsible leaders at TQI💥.

📚 Exciting Update from TQI - Mysore Volunteering! 💫

Embarking on a profound journey into TQI - NMMS Scholarship exam training program, *Students from MIT College, Mysore* immersed themselves in illuminating *on-ground sessions* at a government school in Mysore, fostering a vibrant exchange of knowledge over 10 consecutive days!!🥳

Their unwavering dedication was evident as they bestowed invaluable insights upon the classroom, illuminating *the path of shared learning*🔥.

*Key Highlights*:
✓ Mastering short tricks for quick problem-solving, students approached board questions with enthusiasm.
✓ The sessions were a mix of learning and enjoyment, fostering an interactive and dynamic atmosphere.

TQI Volunteer Orientation program happened at Maharaja Institute of Technology (MIT), Mysuru, where volunteers wholeheartedly came forward to start their volunteering journey. The volunteers kickstart their volunteering journey through supporting students as they prepare for the NMMS Scholarship exam in a nearby Govt school. Our shared commitment to education is a beacon of hope, fostering a community where knowledge thrives. "

Fundraiser story - As part of our ongoing commitment to the well-being of elderly residents in old age homes, V The Volunteers (VTVO) & Talent Quest for India (TQI) have been tirelessly volunteering to ensure senior citizens comfort and safety. Unfortunately, the recent chennai heavy rains have left these old age homes severely affected. Upon reaching out to each home, we discovered distressing situations – from waterlogged living spaces to damaged belongings and depleting essential supplies. Few of them are affected badly. TQI - Paavai team has celebrated children's day across the places🥳🥳

1) Government Higher Secondary school, Namakkal

  Organised games for students from 6th to 8th std students and winners got their prizes.
Childrens day cards has been distributed to over 100+ students

2) At Village panchayat schools

  Organised various competiton for 9th Grade students and winners got their stationery items as prized

3) Don Bosco Care Home


   A day has been spent at home by our volunteers played various games (both indoor and outdoor) , dance shows , Distributed customized handmade cards to the students over there , gave school kit to the students, donated books for installing library and donated nutrition snack item to the home.

   Immense response and feedback from the kids over there.

Our TQI Scholarship Exam Training project Manager Divya shares a beautiful moment with us

Our volunteers are training students for NMMS exam from SVS middle school, mayiladuthurai district for the past 2 years. This time Divya while went for vacation to hometown went to school to take a session. Here is what happened :

My father was held up with some works and he told it'll get delayed to pick me up from school and so HM sir told school van is covering that area also you can go in that itself.

When I found myself in the school van surrounded by those young little one's, it brought back fond memories anna.
The van driver asked if I was a newly joined staff to the school to which I replied that I was there to take a session for the NMMS exam.

In a heartwarming turn, the driver revealed that his own son had successfully cleared the NMMS exam in 2021 from the same school. Also I came to know, that student was trained by TQI in the COVID period

I said I know your son and have taken sessions too, he asked for my name and as I shared my name, that driver anna's face lit up with recognition. He recounted how his son used to speak of "Divya akka," "Divya akka".

He joyfully shared updates on his son's academic progress, now as a 10th grader.

Empowering the future with knowledge!

Proud to share our TQI Zhagaram teams journey of preparing young minds for the Tamil Thiranari Exam 2023. Our hybrid approach, with both offline and online sessions, made education accessible to all. 8 offline sessions, 6-7 online classes/day, and a dedicated team of over 10 volunteers. Together, we trained students at Kirampur Govt School, Dasanayakampatti School, and Erumapatti School by covering over 50 students.
