*Food Donation Drive for 27 Students at Sabarmathi*
Hi Friends,
We are completing the *10th year of Punnagai Palam Tuition* Centre, which has been supporting students in and around the villages of Sabarmathi.
After all these years, it is heartening to see students from nearby villages now coming to Sabarmathi and using our premises for their studies.
Around *17 students from 9th to 12th Standard* are now staying at Sabarmathi after school hours. They reach by 6 PM, study till 11 PM, wake up at 5 AM, and continue studying till 6:30 AM before heading to school.
We have allocated a *volunteer to monitor their studies* and provide them with night food.
Along with them, *10 students from Jawadhu Hills* are staying at Sabarmathi while pursuing college in nearby towns — making it *27 students* supported through our food and accommodation facilities.
🙏 To meet these expenses, we have started a *Food Donation Drive from August*.
We are happy to share that *3 dinner donations were received this week through Street Lights NGO donors.* Our sincere thanks to them! ❤️

*சபர்மதியில் தங்கிப் படிக்கும் 27 மாணவர்களுக்கான உணவு நன்கொடை*
அனைவருக்கும் வணக்கம்,
சபர்மதி மற்றும் அதைச் சுற்றியுள்ள கிராமங்களில் நடைபெற்று வரும் *புன்னகை பாலம் (Punnagai Palam) Tuition Centre-ன் 10ஆம் ஆண்டை* நிறைவு செய்யும் நிலையில் இருக்கிறோம்.
இத்தனை ஆண்டுகளுக்குப் பிறகு, கிராமங்களைச் சேர்ந்த மாணவர்கள் சபர்மதிக்கு வந்து, நமது வளாகத்தைப் பயன்படுத்தி தங்களது படிப்பைத் தொடர்வது நமக்கு மிகுந்த மகிழ்ச்சியையும் நம்பிக்கையையும் அளிக்கிறது.
தற்போது *9ஆம் வகுப்பு முதல் 12ஆம் வகுப்பு வரை சுமார் 17 மாணவர்கள்*, பள்ளி முடிந்ததும் மாலை 6 மணிக்கு சபர்மதிக்கு வந்து, இரவு 11 மணி வரை படிக்கின்றனர். காலை 5 மணிக்கு எழுந்து 6.30 மணி வரை படித்துவிட்டு பள்ளிக்குச் செல்கின்றனர்.
அவர்களின் படிப்பை கண்காணிக்க *ஒரு தன்னார்வலர்* நியமிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளார். மேலும், அவர்களுக்கு இரவு உணவும் வழங்கி வருகிறோம்.
இதனுடன், *ஜவ்வாது மலைப் பகுதியைச் சேர்ந்த 10 மாணவர்கள்* அருகிலுள்ள கல்லூரிகளில் படித்துக்கொண்டே சபர்மதியில் தங்கி வருகின்றனர்.
இவ்வாறு தற்போது *27 மாணவர்களின் உணவு மற்றும் தங்குமிட வசதிகளை* சபர்மதி ஏற்பாடு செய்து வருகிறது.
🙏 இந்தச் செலவுகளை சமாளிக்க *ஆகஸ்ட் முதல் உணவு நன்கொடை முறையினை* தொடங்கியுள்ளோம்.
இந்த வாரம் *Street Lights NGO நண்பர்கள் மூலம் 3 இரவு உணவுகளுக்கான நன்கொடைகள்* கிடைத்துள்ளன. அவர்களுக்கு எங்களது மனமார்ந்த நன்றிகள்! ❤️
