✨ A New Rotary Year Begins! ✨

The Rotary Club of Chennai East R.A. Puram (ERA) proudly celebrated its Installation Ceremony on 5 July 2026 at The Park, Chennai.

In a memorable evening filled with fellowship and Rotary spirit, Rtn. PHF Lawrence M. Rosario was installed as President for 2026–27, along with his new Board of Directors. We congratulate the incoming President and his team as they begin a promising year of service under the inspiring Rotary theme, “Create Lasting Impact.”

We were honoured by the presence of Chief Guest Rtn. Shriram Duvvuri, District Governor 2026–27, RI District 3233, and Guest of Honour Rtn. B. Elangkumaran, Past District Governor and District Learning Facilitator. Their encouraging words added great meaning to the occasion.

Our heartfelt appreciation goes to outgoing President Rtn. K. Kannan and his Board for their dedicated leadership and valuable service during 2025–26. We also congratulate incoming Secretary Rtn. Ravindran D. Naidu, Treasurer Rtn. Parandhaman, and every member of the newly installed team.

The traditional lighting of the lamp, the installation proceedings, warm fellowship and a vibrant classical dance performance made the evening truly special. The wonderful participation of Rotarians, distinguished guests, families and friends reflected the strength and unity of the ERA family.

As we enter this new chapter, we look forward to serving our community with compassion, purpose and teamwork—creating meaningful change and a lasting impact.

Congratulations to President Rtn. PHF Lawrence M. Rosario and Team ERA 2026–27! Wishing you an impactful and successful Rotary year ahead. 💙💛

Some acts of service are simple, yet deeply meaningful.

On 4 July 2026, the Rotary Club of Chennai East R.A. Puram (ERA) had the privilege of beginning its first Signature Project of the Rotary year by serving breakfast to 210 members of the Little Flower School community in Chennai.

More than the meal itself, it was a morning of shared warmth, dignity, and human connection. We are sincerely grateful to the school, our members, volunteers, and everyone who quietly contributed their time and effort. The opportunity to serve our community is a responsibility—and a gift—we receive with humility.

In the spirit of Rotary’s message, “Create Lasting Impact,” we hope to continue serving wherever we can.

May this first step lead to many more thoughtful and meaningful acts of service in the year ahead.
