Paalam Paalam Trust is working to improve the livelihood of Irula Community in Tamilnadu. We join hands together to bridge the gap between the poor and privileged.

We are passionate about the upliftment of the poor and marginalized communities that lack basic facilities. We aim to break the generational cycles of poverty and discrimination and uplift them with hope.

❤️ **நீண்ட இடைவெளிக்குப் பிறகு ஒரு அன்பான சந்திப்பு…** ❤️

இன்று **பாலம் அறக்கட்டளை** சார்பாக, நீண்ட நாட்களுக்குப் பிறகு நமது வழக்கமான பழங்குடியின மக்களைச் சந்திக்கச் சென்றேன்.

அவர்களுக்கு நான் வருவது தெரியாது. எந்த முன் தகவலும் சொல்லாமல், அவர்களுக்கு ஒரு சிறிய **“சர்ப்ரைஸ்”** கொடுக்க வேண்டும் என்ற எண்ணத்தில் சென்றேன். 😊

என்னைப் பார்த்தவுடன் அவர்களின் முகத்தில் தெரிந்த மகிழ்ச்சியை வார்த்தைகளால் விவரிக்க முடியாது. ❤️
அந்த அன்பும், பாசமும், வரவேற்பும் என் மனதை மிகவும் நெகிழச் செய்தது.

**உலகிலேயே சிறந்த மனிதர்களில் இவர்களும் ஒருவர்…**
அவர்களிடம் வசதிகள் குறைவாக இருக்கலாம்; ஆனால் **அன்பும், மனிதநேயமும், மனநிறைவும் அளவில்லாமல் இருக்கிறது.** ❤️

மிகவும் மகிழ்ச்சியான விஷயம் என்னவென்றால், **அங்குள்ள அனைத்து குழந்தைகளும் பள்ளிக்குச் செல்லத் தொடங்கியிருக்கிறார்கள்.** 🎒📚
அவர்களின் கல்வி பயணம் தொடர்வதைப் பார்ப்பது எங்களுக்கு மிகப்பெரிய மகிழ்ச்சி.

இன்றும் அவர்களிடம் மின்சாரம் இல்லை.
சில குடும்பங்களுக்கு இன்னும் சரியான வீடு இல்லை.
அடிப்படை வசதிகளும் போதுமானதாக இல்லை.
இன்னும் பல வீடுகள் இரவில் **சோலார் விளக்கின் ஒளிக்காக காத்திருக்கின்றன.** 🕯️☀️

ஆனால் இத்தனை குறைகளுக்கு நடுவிலும் அவர்கள் **மகிழ்ச்சியாகவும், ஒருவருக்கொருவர் துணையாகவும் வாழ்கிறார்கள்.**

இன்று அவர்களுக்கு எதையும் கொடுக்க வேண்டும் என்ற நோக்கத்துடன் செல்லவில்லை…
**அவர்களைப் பார்க்க வேண்டும், ஒரு ஆச்சரியம் கொடுக்க வேண்டும், அவர்களுடன் சில நிமிடங்கள் அன்பைப் பகிர்ந்து கொள்ள வேண்டும்** என்ற ஒரே எண்ணத்துடன் சென்றேன்.

அவர்களின் புன்னகைதான் இன்று எனக்குக் கிடைத்த மிகப்பெரிய பரிசு. ❤️🙏

**“வசதிகள் இல்லாத வாழ்க்கையிலும் மகிழ்ச்சியாக வாழ முடியும் என்பதை இவர்களிடமிருந்து கற்றுக்கொள்ளலாம்.”** 🌿❤️

**பாலம் அறக்கட்டளை – அன்பால் இணைவோம்… நம்பிக்கையால் மாற்றத்தை உருவாக்குவோம்.** 🙏 ❤️ **A Surprise Visit After a Long Gap – A Heart Full of Love** ❤️

Today, as part of **Paalam Charitable Trust**, I visited our regular tribal community after a long gap. I didn’t inform them in advance—I simply wanted to surprise them. 😊

The moment they saw me, their happiness was priceless. Their smiles, warm hugs, and unconditional love reminded me once again that **some of the best people in the world are those who have so little, yet give so much love.** ❤️

One of the happiest moments was seeing that **all the children have started going to school regularly.** 🎒📚 Their future is slowly changing, and that gives us immense hope.

They are still living without electricity, without proper houses, and without many basic facilities. They are still waiting for solar lights to brighten their nights. Yet, despite all these challenges, **they are living happily, supporting one another, and welcoming us with beautiful hearts.**

Today was not about giving them something.
It was simply about **being there, surprising them, sharing a smile, and reminding them that they are not forgotten.** ❤️

Bringing Light, Hope, and Education to Our Community 🌟

For nearly a decade, this incredible community has lived in darkness, with minimal resources and incomes of just ₹150-₹200 per day, collecting peper Etc organic items But today, for the first time, they are experiencing the joy of having solar lights in their homes. This moment is more than just switching on a light—it’s about turning on hope, opportunities, and a brighter future.

We’re not just stopping at providing solar lights . We are also empowering these families with awareness about the importance of education. We’ve started evening tuition classes for all the children, ensuring they have the tools they need to succeed. And beyond education, we’re instilling values of kindness and honesty, essential for building a strong and supportive community. As a part of CSR support ஆனைமலையில் உள்ள பழங்குடி மக்களுக்கு சூரிய விளக்கும் மற்றும் குளிர்கால போர்வைகள் கொடுக்கச் தருணத்தை இங்கு பதிவிடுகிறேன் அவர்களின் நன்றி பதிவு இப்படியாக இருந்தது அவர்கள் அன்பில் நான் முழிகையில் வேறென்ன வேண்டும் எனக்கு என்ற இந்த நிலையில் அங்கிருந்து கிளம்பினேன் 🌟 நமது சமூகத்திற்கு வெளிச்சம், நம்பிக்கை மற்றும் கல்வியை கொண்டு வருதல் 🌟

நாங்கள் சோலார் விளக்குகளை வழங்குவதை மட்டும் நிறுத்தவில்லை. கல்வியின் முக்கியத்துவம் குறித்த விழிப்புணர்வோடு இந்தக் குடும்பங்களுக்கு அதிகாரம் அளித்து வருகிறோம். அனைத்து குழந்தைகளுக்கும் மாலை நேர டியூஷன் வகுப்புகளை ஆரம்பித்துள்ளோம், அவர்கள் வெற்றிபெற தேவையான கருவிகள் அவர்களிடம் இருப்பதை உறுதி செய்துள்ளோம். கல்விக்கு அப்பால், கருணை மற்றும் நேர்மையின் மதிப்புகளை நாங்கள் புகுத்துகிறோம், இது ஒரு வலுவான மற்றும் ஆதரவான சமூகத்தை உருவாக்குவதற்கு அவசியம்.

ஆனால் நாம் தனியாக செய்ய முடியாது. இந்த முயற்சிகள் தொடர உங்கள் ஆதரவு எங்களுக்கு தேவை. இந்த சமூகத்தில் உள்ள ஒவ்வொரு குழந்தைக்கும் கல்வி கிடைக்கவும், ஒவ்வொரு குடும்பமும் வாழ்க்கையின் அடிப்படைத் தேவைகளை அனுபவிக்கவும் ஒன்றிணைவோம். உங்கள் பங்களிப்பு பெரியதோ சிறியதோ பெரிய மாற்றத்தை ஏற்படுத்தலாம்.
