💚 Healthy Mother • Healthy Baby • Healthy Nation 👶✨

As a Part of *Daan Utsav* The *NSS Cell of Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science*(HITS) and *Rotary Club of Chennai Hindustan*, in association with the *Department of Food Technology*, HITS, organized a *Nutrition Awareness Programme for Pregnant Women* on 6 October 2026 at the Nerumbur Public Health Centre.

👩‍⚕️🌿 *Ms. Helen Sophia, Nutrition Specialist and Assistant Professor (Senior Scale)*, delivered a wonderful and informative presentation on nutrition, healthy eating habits, essential nutrients, and maternal well-being during pregnancy.

🎁🥗 As part of the programme, *Nutrition Kits* were distributed to pregnant women, with more than *60 nutrition kits* provided to support healthy maternal and child nutrition.

The **NSS Cell of Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science (HITS)**, in association with **Rotary Club of Chennai Capital** and **Hindustan**, successfully organized a **Mega Blood Donation Camp** with an inspiring response from the HITS community. ❤️
