A trailblazer at the confluence of music, cinema, and chess, JUGA is a Chilean composer, singer, screenwriter, and chess concept artist whose visionary work has touched global hearts. From founding the Chilean National Women’s Chess Championship in 2007 to mesmerizing the world with her profound chess-inspired art since 2018, her journey is one of depth, brilliance, and purpose.

Her latest project, QUEEN TRAP — created in collaboration with FIDE WOM and filmed during the Chess Olympiad in Budapest 2024 — is a groundbreaking tribute to women in chess. Set in the Hungarian Museum of Fine Arts, this powerful audiovisual anthem brings together nearly 200 women players and influencers from over 60 countries, showcasing the spirit of unity, empowerment, and creative leadership.

On behalf of Dr. Harbeen Arora Rai and G100 Arts Leadership & Films, I am delighted and honored to introduce Ms. Trude Kjølen as the G100 Arts Leadership & Films Wing Norway Country Chair.

Ms. Kjølen is a distinguished Norwegian artist known for her evocative abstract paintings that beautifully capture emotions and experiences. Born in Drammen, Norway, she has carved a unique space in the global art scene, gaining recognition for her profound artistic expressions. Though her journey took a pause due to personal loss, she rekindled her passion for painting in 2019, inspired by her son’s encouragement. Since then, her work has received numerous accolades, including the Leonardo da Vinci International Prize, recognition among the top 60 masters in the USA, the Pegasus Art Prize, and being listed as one of the 50 best art investments for 2023.

Her art serves as her diary—abstract yet deeply personal—reflecting her heart, spirit, and emotions. With her remarkable vision and commitment to artistic excellence, Ms. Kjølen will be an inspiring force in leading and empowering women in the arts through G100 in Norway.

A distinguished academician and media professional, she retired as Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Journalism at M.O.P. Vaishnav College for Women, Chennai. With over three decades of experience in media education, she has been instrumental in shaping young minds in journalism, public relations, and media management. A gold medalist and university topper in her undergraduate and postgraduate studies, she holds a PhD in Communication and Journalism from the University of Mysore. She has contributed extensively to research, guiding doctoral and postgraduate students while publishing numerous papers in reputed journals. Her expertise spans media literacy, political communication, advertising, and digital journalism. As a researcher, she has led national and international studies, organized seminars, and presented papers at prestigious forums. Her inclusion in the G100 Arts Leadership & Films Advisory Board is a testament to her commitment to media excellence, research, and education.

Dr. Mirza is an accomplished leader in the tech and legal sectors, serving as the CEO of My Law Story and as an assistant professor at the University of Southern Denmark. With a rich academic background linked to the University of Oxford, she has been recognized globally for her commitment to innovation and diversity, including being named among the Select Global Women in Tech in the USA and earning a nomination in the prestigious Game Changers category at the International Justitia Awards.

Her thought leadership has been showcased on renowned platforms such as Tech BBQ and the Women in Law Conference in Vienna. Beyond her professional and academic achievements, Dr. Mirza has produced three impactful documentaries, addressing topics from global legal history to anti-rape legislation in Denmark.

With over 40 years of distinguished experience in architecture, Dipika has made a significant impact both in India and internationally. A graduate of Chandigarh College of Architecture, she began her career in Lagos, Nigeria, where she worked as a consultant and designer before returning to India. Since 2014, she has been a passionate advocate for sustainable design, launching In AWE (Indian Air Water Earth) to raise awareness about eco-friendly architecture and resource conservation. Dipika also holds leadership roles as Vice President of the National Architecture Council at WICCI and has founded Women in Built Environment (WIBE), connecting women professionals across the globe. Her dedication to fostering sustainable practices and empowering women in the industry makes her an invaluable addition to G100.
