In order to ensure effective relief material distribution and attend to distress calls Hira Welfare Association (HWA), Bangalore and Oruma Chennai & has formed a Coordination group with following tasks:
1. Provide godown space to store, pack and distribute the relief packets.
3. War Room space with net connectivity and AV facility to firefight any emergencies.
4. Point of contact available 24/7.

5. Attend any distress calls/ missing SOS or "Rescue not reached" calls.
6. Identify/ locate areas of distress
7. Coordinating collection of funds and relief items.
8. Media reports collection from different sites
