Nandavanam Learning Delights✨

At Nandavanam Center for Learning, our children presented Learning Delights, a project showcase built around a simple yet powerful theme - Coins 🪙

Through activities, demonstrations, games, and displays, the children explored how coins connect to many subjects such as Science, History, Geography and Mathematics.

From understanding motion and metals to learning about value, trade, and historical stories behind coins, the students beautifully demonstrated their learning.

The event also featured a creative drama on coins, where the children brought their ideas to life through performance. 🎭

It was a joyful celebration of curiosity, creativity, and meaningful learning. Thank you to all the parents and well-wishers who joined us and encouraged our children.

🌱 At Nandavanam, even a small coin can open the door to big learning.

AUTISM

A – Always
U – Unique
T – Totally
I – Interesting
S – Sometimes
M – Mysterious

There was a child who saw the world a little differently.

When others saw a tree,
he saw thousands of leaves dancing with the wind.

When others heard noise,
he heard patterns, rhythms, and tiny sounds no one else noticed.

Sometimes he stayed quiet.
Sometimes he avoided crowds.
Sometimes the world felt too loud, too bright, too overwhelming.

People often wondered why he was different.

But his mother gently said,

“Autism is not a problem to fix.
It is simply a different way of experiencing life.”

One day at school, the teacher asked the children to draw the sky.

Most children colored it blue.

But this child filled his paper with purple, orange, silver, and gold.

The teacher smiled and asked,
“Why so many colors?”

He softly replied,

“Because the sky is never just blue…
it changes every moment.”

For a moment, the whole class looked outside the window.

And for the first time,
they noticed the colors they had always missed.

That day they understood something important.

Autism is not about seeing less.
Sometimes, it is about seeing more than the rest of us ever notice.

✨ Always Unique
✨ Totally Interesting
✨ Sometimes Mysterious

Let us not try to change these children.

Let us learn to understand them, accept them, and see the beauty in their world. 💙
