AIRASA 5-12-25,

Dear friends we are coming close to our end of the financial year. More than three fourths of the people in Indian Railways have still not paid their membership which is a small amount of Rs.200. Our serving people have got their Bonus, DA, a good pay, our retired people are getting a good pension, DR, Notional pay arrears etc.
Hence forgetting AIRASA means ignoring the sacrifice of AIRASA, the association that has provide you a very good scale, an association that has got all financial benefits for you.

Our subscription is very small and requests are coming to enhance from Rs. 200/- but not now it remain same.
So, for helping fund , in addition to the membership of Rs 200, you may pay some donations also. We don't force or compel you, as we have a lot of expenditures like going to Delhi often, paying Advocate fees, website maintenance charges, mobilizing tour to various Railways, Postage charges, preparation of memorandum for 8th PC etc. Many of our new recruits in Accounts do not know anything about AIRASA. Our Seniors have not educated them and request them to spend some times once or twice in a month for educating our new entrants.
So, once again request our serving and retired Accounts staff to contribute liberally to AIRASA. Kindly spread in all whatsapp groups. You can now pay online through our website www.airasacentral.org and generate receipts also.

Software using Mannual for AIRASA subscription and other payment are as follows-

Open AIRASA website www.airasacentral.org (from Laptop/desktop/Mobile)

Click '' Pay subscription". One field will appear- Fill up all minimum data carefully with correct PF no. or PPO no., Mobile no. and email

Click pay option at bottom - Payment gateway system will open.

Select your mode of payment option ( as per your choice). Then follow all process of payment- say OTP etc.

After making payment- a small text will appear ' Click down load invoice". You can see the invoice.

Then back to home page (your payment is completed).

SMS will be received in your submitted Mobile no. & receipt will go to your email. IT IS VERY SIMPLE AND YOU WILL REALIZE AFTER USE & ALSO VERY SAFE BY 'OTP SYSTEM.'

Please note, next time for payment - only type your PF no. or PPO no. Then push tab or Enter. All Data will be automatically filled up, except few.

If you or our most senior members are still find it difficulty, you may pay directly to Bank of Maharashtra, Mumbai SB Account no. 60397484729 IFS code MAHB 0000310. All India Railway Accounts Staff Association, Boribunder Branch through Internet banking or Google Pay, Pay TM or Phone pay.

You can also pay through Google pay/phone Pay to 9444032733. The old method of payment will be only for a few more days as we have gone digital to maintain transparency and up to date records of all our staff.

You can use any of the three methods for making payments.

Hence, we request all serving and retired to pay their membership of Rs. 200 immediately.

AIRASA 27-10-25,

Dear friends, we have to form a body of AIRASA in every Zone and in every Division and units of Accounts Office. As most of our Seniors have retired, the juniors and present day staff of Accounts Department are not aware of the achievements as well as better scale by AIRASA.

On 17.10.2025, AIRASA won the case once again for the payment of 5th CPC arrears & it's a glorious victory.

Our Seniors either inactive or have not educated them. They don't know that we have achieved all this through hard struggle. So I request our Seniors who have retired to go to each Division and Units and form a body of AIRASA. As we have amended our constitution in the year 2021, thirty (30%) per cent of the Seniors who have retired can take responsible post in AIRASA and remaining seventy (70%) per cent can be given to serving staff.

All the leading federations have adopted the same principle. If we don't adopt it now AIRASA will not exist after few years. This is the need of the hour. A body of AIRASA should be formed immediately and intimated to GS AIRASA by the end of this month. Young and energetic talents should be identified and they should be encouraged to take active role in AIRASA.

The schedule of the meeting will be CWC on 9-11-2025 and BGM on 10-11-25.

All Zonal and Divisional office bearers are requested to attend. All permanent invitees are also requested to come. All those who are interested in working for AIRASA serving and retired are also requested to come.

All Zonal Hqrs/ Divl Office/CN/Office and Workshop Accounts office are requested to form a body of AIRASA and send the list to GS/AIRASA by 30th October. 70 % for serving staff and 30% for retired staff.

1). Discuss the outcome of Hon'ble High Court judgment of contempt order dated 18-7-2025.

2). Discussion and preparation of demands for the eight Pay Commission.

3) Election of new office bearers for Central through Ballot as per the constitution from those elected through the zonal body.

4) Raising of yearly subscription for Central and proportionate distribution of it's to Zones.

6) Discussion on non implementation of Arbitration awards.

7) Problems facing the Accounts staff.

8) Financial report.

9) Any other matter with the permission of the chair.

Dear friends, today we AIRASA have launched the online payment of subscription through our website www.airasacentral.org as per the resolution passed in the last AGM at Nagpur. We started the work in the month of February 2025, and we were able to complete today (2-9-2025). I should thank two people for this. First Dr. Nirmal Dey Financial Advisor AIRASA for executing this work after several trial measures at Kolkata. He spent several sleepless nights to execute this project. Hats off to him.

Next, I would like to thank Mr. Chandra Sekhar, our AGS AIRASA who took the initiative in going to Bangalore pursuing with the cashfree software company and bringing it alive.

On seeing the laborious work of Mr. Sisodiya, AGS/AIRASA, in writing receipts day and night, we took the challenge to lessen the burden from him and finally succeeded. Now you can generate your receipts on your own. It is also our duty to educate our people throughout India, especially the serving and retired Accounts people, and ensure that all people pay their subscription through online.
