Tamil Nadu Domestic Workers Welfare Trust (TNDWWT) conducted a Financial Literacy & Family Resilience Training at Puthenthurai, with the active participation of 51 members.

The session focused on strengthening financial knowledge and building economic resilience among participants and their families.

The programme also began with an introduction to TNDWWT, its vision and its work towards the empowerment, rights, dignity, welfare and protection of domestic workers, migrants, children and vulnerable communities.

🚫 STOP HUMAN TRAFFICKING 🚫

On the occasion of World Day Against Trafficking in Persons – 30 July 2026, Tamil Nadu Domestic Workers Welfare Trust (TNDWWT), in collaboration with St. Mary’s High School, Kesavanputhenthurai, is organizing an Awareness Programme to educate students and the community about the dangers of human trafficking and the importance of safe migration.

Human trafficking is a crime that robs people of their freedom, dignity, and future. Awareness is our strongest tool to prevent exploitation and protect vulnerable individuals.

Day of Hope – Villupuram
Theme: My Nation, My Nutrition

Day of Hope was celebrated successfully in Villupuram with the participation of 250 children. The programme included an Art and Science Exhibition, where children showcased their creativity, innovation, and talents.

Along with the exhibition, children also performed cultural programmes, making the event joyful and meaningful.

A Doctor, Advocate, and Inspector of Police were invited as special guests. They spoke to the children about the importance of nutrition, health, education, safety, and discipline, and motivated them to become responsible citizens of the nation.

The programme created awareness and inspired children to dream, learn, and grow with confidence. 🌱✨
