The person's with 9th lord powerful, go abroad by their own efforts,their profession, education, money.

Will share about lord of second house.In any lagna,2nd lord if uchan though gives money,it makes the life and longevity shorter.
So 9th lord uchan is better and better than the 2nd lord position.
