Some milestones are not just about how far you have come. They are about how much further you can now go.
For 25 years, Akshaya Trust has worked with a simple belief: when people are given the right care, education and opportunity, possibilities open up. That belief took another form with Akshaya Vidyalaya at Arpakkam.
A school began. Classrooms filled. Children came in with books, questions, dreams and ambitions of their own. Today, more than 470 students are part of this growing journey.
And as the children grow, the school must grow with them.
We are happy to share an important milestone in that journey: Akshaya Trust is now registered on the Social Stock Exchange.
For us, this registration is not simply another institutional milestone. It opens a new pathway to bring more people, organisations and communities into the work we have been building over the years. As we look towards the next phase of Akshaya Vidyalaya and opportunities for senior school education, we also begin a new chapter in how that journey can be supported.
25 years brought us here.
The next chapter is about where these children can go from here.
