Pest control concentrate diluted with water to make 0.5% solution. Add 1 lt concentrate to 200 lt water.

Spray at the flowering stage
Works excellent as pest repellent and soapnut / shikakai enzymes act as anti fungal.

Foot pump is working well over 3 yrs now.

Srushti had given 5 kg last year from hebbarnatti farm in chickmagalur!

Its such a dilemma to process without loosing curcumin content. Any heat and sunlight reduces it....
Raw cut and dried will preserve the maximum...but shelf life may be less.....

Of course, i am drawn towards no heat !

Any advice?

By the way, we had layered all the small branches when we cleared this space , and topped it with manure and soil. It seems to have loved the extra room to grow well.

I even fermented the grated juice with citrus juice this time and tried in cooking. Loved the fragrance. It lasred more than a month

Just found out the seed kernel is a good source for Vit B12..... We decided to dry it, powder it this year and use in tea !

To extract the Mango butter, solvents are required.....we are not getting into that....
