⚖️ The Allahabad High Court granted custody of two daughters to their father after finding that the mother had tutored the children to make allegations of sexual abuse against him.

👏 A significant reminder that custody decisions must be guided by truth, the child’s welfare & the best interests of the child & not the manufactured narratives.

Manipulating a child against a parent can cause lifelong damage.

Children deserve love not manipulation.

कर्नाटक से एक हिला देने वाली घटना सामने आई है।यहां बेंगलुरु के चिक्काबनावारा में एक डबल मर्ड*र केस का मामला प्रकाश में आया है। इस मामले में पुलिस ने मृतक पति की पत्नी को गिरफ्तार किया है, जिसके बाद चौंकाने वाले तथ्य सामने आए हैं। पुलिस के मुताबिक, पत्नी हरिनी ने अपने प्रेमी की मदद से अपने पति को मौ*त के घाट उतार दिया। इतना ही नहीं, इसके बाद उसने इस अपराध को छिपाने के लिए अपने बच्चे का भी गला दबाकर उसकी ह*या कर दी, ताकि किसी को भी इस वारदात के बारे में जानकारी नहीं मिल सके। खास बात है कि हरिनी का पति करोड़पति था और बॉयफ्रेंड गरीब है। यहां तक कि हरिनी उसे पति से छिपाकर खर्च देती थी।

Jaipur Murder Case: जयपुर के विश्वकर्मा इलाके में 27 वर्षीय महेश मीणा की मौ*त के मामले में पुलिस ने ह*या का केस दर्ज किया है!
पुलिस के अनुसार, महेश के पिता की ओर से जुटाए गए सबूत और CCTV फुटेज की जांच के बाद मामला दर्ज किया गया! आरोप है कि महेश की पत्नी ने परिचितों के साथ मिलकर ह*या की साजिश रची और उसे जहर दिया! 5 अगस्त को महेश पत्नी को दवाई दिलाने के लिए बाइक से निकला था! लेकिन देर शाम तक घर नहीं लौटा! मामले में पहले मर्ग दर्ज कर जांच की गई थी!

We were honoured to welcome two esteemed women judges Smt.Dr.Soni Dwarampudi Hon’ble VI Additional Civil Judge(Senior Division) & Ms.Nirupa Bhanj Deo Hon’ble Principal Civil Judge cm Additional Judicial Magistrate, First class of Bheemunipatnam and Visakhapatnam at the .

They shared valuable insights on MENtorship, family disputes, and the importance of mediation in resolving conflicts and saving families wherever possible. Their message was clear: dialogue, understanding and timely mediation can prevent many relationships from breaking down.

They also patiently addressed questions from our members, making the session highly interactive, insightful and meaningful.

A wonderful and empowering session that reminded us that justice is not only about resolving disputes—it is also about exploring every possible avenue to preserve families and build a healthier society.
