With this powerful thought echoing our purpose, Mytharche at Amritsar unfolded as more than just a workshop—it became a movement of awareness and dialogue. Through impactful performances and open conversations, students actively engaged with the community challenging long-held myths and breaking the silence around menstrual health and dignity.

The energy, empathy and participation from both young minds and community members turned the session into a shared space of learning, reflection and empowerment.

Enactus Panjab University is proud to advance menstrual dignity in Ludhiana and Amritsar through impactful workshops and the distribution of reusable cloth-based sanitary napkins. By breaking taboos, spreading awareness and promoting sustainable menstrual practices we are fostering confidence, health and self-reliance within women communities.

Because menstrual health is not a privilege — it’s a right.

On 14th October, Enactus PU Chandigarh organized a workshop at Samarth Jiyo, near Sector 15 where specially-abled children participated in a guided Kalakriti Diya activity. The session successfully blended creative expression with strength-based learning to support holistic skill development.

On 15th October 2025, our team proudly set up a stall at MCM College showcasing our range of innovative and sustainable products. The event gave us an excellent opportunity to present our work and connect with individuals who share our vision for social entrepreneurship and positive change.

The Mytharche Workshop held at Manimajra on 19th September was a meaningful step toward promoting menstrual health awareness and breaking societal taboos. Team Enactus, Dr. S.S.B UICET engaged participants through insightful discussions and interactive sessions. Cloth-based sanitary napkins were also distributed by the team, encouraging sustainable and hygienic menstrual practices.

The event concluded with renewed energy and purpose, empowering every participant to turn ideas into impactful change.

On October 11th, 2025, our team was thrilled to set up our stall showcasing project Arpan and Dhra catalogue at the vibrant Kulwant Singh Literacy Fest. We loved sharing our mission and connecting with everyone who believes in bringing positive change to the underprivileged communities we support.
We also organized a Sanitary Napkin Distribution Drive for a local women’s community, aiming to promote menstrual hygiene and awareness. This impactful initiative was carried out in collaboration with the amazing NGO – Waste Warriors Kasauli, whose dedication to community welfare truly inspired us.
From fostering education to upholding dignity, this is what meaningful action looks like. We believe in solutions that empower and bring sustainability.
