26 July 1999, on this day, our brave soldiers reclaimed every inch of Kargil and reminded the world what true courage looks like at 18,000 ft.

In freezing cold, in enemy fire, they stood firm, not for glory, but for us. For our peace. For our Tiranga.

Today we remember the sacrifice, honor the heroes, and salute the families who gave their everything. Their valour will echo in every generation.

Plot twist: the best heroes don’t wear capes—they learn to defend themselves.

Our rooftop was amazing as kids learned moves cheered each other on and found out how strong they are. They had a blast and lots of smiles.

Self-defence is not about fighting; it’s about finding your voice standing up straight and believing in yourself when things get tough.

One class, one smile and one brave move at a time we’re helping kids become people who know how strong they are.
