NSS Volunteers of Govt. Model Senior Secondary School, Sector 21-A, Chandigarh actively participated in the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of the Electoral Roll with great enthusiasm and dedication. The activity aimed to support the Election Commission's initiative to ensure an accurate and updated electoral roll while promoting electoral awareness among citizens.

The NSS Volunteers conducted door-to-door visits in the allotted areas, where they distributed and collected Enumeration Forms from eligible residents. During their visits, the volunteers interacted with citizens, guided them in filling out the forms correctly, and encouraged them to verify and update their electoral details.

The activity was carried out under the guidance of the School Principal, Ms. Sukhpal, and NSS Programme Officer, Mr. Sandeep Kumar, whose encouragement inspired the volunteers to perform their duties with commitment and responsibility.

The NSS Volunteers of Govt. Model Senior Secondary School, Sector 21-A, Chandigarh enthusiastically participated in the State-Level Tree Plantation Drive organized at Dadu Majra, Chandigarh. The programme was conducted with the objective of promoting environmental conservation, increasing green cover, and encouraging public participation in building a cleaner and greener future.
The event was graced by the Honourable Governor of Punjab and Administrator of Chandigarh as the Chief Guest.

The programme was conducted with the objective of promoting environmental conservation, increasing green cover, and encouraging public participation in building a cleaner and greener future.
The event was graced by the Honourable Governor of Punjab and Administrator of Chandigarh as the Chief Guest. In his address, he emphasized the importance of tree plantation in combating climate change, preserving biodiversity, and ensuring a sustainable environment for future generations. He urged the youth to take an active role in protecting nature and making environmental conservation a lifelong commitment.
