Cowsevauday Our gaushala is located in Lohaghat, a charming valley with scenic views of the surrounding verdant hills of Champawat district in Uttarakhand.

Cow Seva Uday is a programme run by Maa Kaamdhenu Vatsalya Sewa Dham Trust, a non-government organisation formed to protect, feed & shelter ailing, starving, destitute and stray desi cows majority of which are abandoned by their owners. Blessed with serene climate, lush greenery and pine and oak forests, Lohaghat is one of the best place for cows to drink the pristine Himalayan water and graze on

the grass of this land. The town does have few ancient shrines that are visited by devotees. We have a total of 185 BADRI cows, Uttarakhand Indigenous species.
