A day filled with pride, gratitude and togetherness as NEEF celebrated India’s 80th Independence Day with the hoisting of our Tricolour. ❤️🤍💚

From the unfurling of the flag to the smiles, celebrations and little moments captured along the way ... today was a beautiful reminder that the spirit of India lives in each one of us.

May we continue to honour the sacrifices that gave us our freedom and contribute, in our own little ways, towards a stronger, kinder and more united India.

Yet, while we celebrate the menstruation of the Divine Mother, many women and girls are still taught to hide their own periods.

Menstruation is not a taboo. It is not impure. It is a natural and healthy part of life.

Let's replace myths with awareness, shame with dignity, and silence with conversation.
