Aghnu Ram Jan Sewa Sansthan (ARJSS) was formed by a group of people dedicated for the walfare of society in Tiro, Bokaro, Jharkhand. The organization laid its foundation stone on July 2014 with the aim of comprehensive development of rural society. ves no development can be meaningful and suatainable until and unless female & youth population is fire from all barriers of development considering the economics, social, political, cultural and structural aspects of social change. The focus of intervention in the activities of Aghnu Ram Jan Sewa Sansthan (ARJSS) are women and youth of poor and marginalized rural community, who neither have their own strength to fight against injustice and exploitation nor any support from community in which they live. Working Area: Health, General Duty Assistant Training Program, Environment, Education, Computer Literacy, Vocational Training, Woman Empowerment & Unarmed Security Guard Training Program. By this time Aghnu Ram Jan Sewa Sansthan (ARJSS) is implementing its programs in twenty two panchayat and 30 villages of Jaridih and Kasmar block of Bokaro (Jharkhand). Working Strategy: The strategy adopted by Aghnu Ram Jan Sewa Sansthan (ARJSS) is first to organize the poor rural women & youths into groups, second is empowering them on various fronts by meetings, training programs, exposures and monetary support for their socioeconomics development and third is linking them to income generating and to various schemes of the government.
