In regions where access often defines opportunity, the Gram Seva Kendra (GSK) in Palasi Block, Araria District ,is steadily transforming how rural communities connect with essential services and information. More than just a service point, the centre has evolved into a trusted community hub for bridging gaps between citizens and the systems meant to serve them.
The Gram Seva Kendra continues to serve as a vital access point for essential digital services and welfare information. Community members regularly visit the centre for Aadhaar-related support, registrations, and basic documentation services like printing and photocopying. At the same time, the centre plays a crucial role in spreading awareness about government and social welfare schemes, enabling individuals to better understand their entitlements and take informed steps toward accessing them.
Supported by SBI Foundation and implemented by Bhartiya Jan Utthan Parishad , this initiative reflects a shared commitment to ensuring that rural citizens are not left behind in the digital age. By enabling access, building awareness, and strengthening local capacities, we are fostering communities that are not only digitally connected but also informed, confident, and empowered to claim their rights and opportunities.
