Notice to All Contractors

The Bhubaneswar Contractors Association was formed on 10.04.2026. We request every contractor in the city to register and strengthen our collective voice.

To ensure fair play and quality work, the Association has decided that:

All tenders should be dropped at SOR rates.

Anyone quoting below these rates will be under the direct supervision of our 30-member Core Committee, and strict action will be taken if required.

We appeal to all contractors in the state: Please do not quote below-market rates for tenders in Bhubaneswar. Let us work together to protect our professional interests.
