A truly enriching experience conducting an interactive training session for the workers at Athgarh on Hygiene and Mental Wellness.
The session was built around one powerful message:

Together, we explored how personal hygiene, emotional wellbeing, positive thinking, and self-care are interconnected, empowering every individual to lead a healthier, happier, and more productive life.
