Visit: HDFC Bank - Parivartan - CSR;
Ms. Tania Pal, CSR Zonal Head (North East), along with Ms. Nandita Das, Project Manager, HDFC Bank CSR, visited the ongoing HDFC Bank Parivartan Project, Sashakt Gram (P1212) at Khowang Block, Dibrugarh, Assam on 30th April 2026.
They began their visit at the project office, where they were warmly welcomed by the team and engaged in an interaction session. ED of NIRMAN Mr Prasant Mohanty and State Programme Head Siddharth Kumar Rout provided an overview of the project, highlighting its progress and NIRMAN’s unique interventions.
After the office interaction, they were taken to the field activity sites. They visited the Poultry unit, followed by the BRC unit and the AWC. At each location, they interacted extensively with beneficiaries to review progress, understand the impact at the community level, and gather feedback. They also encouraged the beneficiaries by sharing insights on future prospects and offered valuable suggestions to the team on sustaining these initiatives.
The visit also marked the inauguration of the Poultry unit, BRC unit, and AWC. Overall, the team received constructive feedback, making the visit both insightful and encouraging.
