Position: District Project Coordinator
Location: Daspalla Block, Nayagarh District, Odisha

Key Responsibilities;
Lead and manage all field-level operations across assigned intervention areas under “Focused Rural Development Program: Millets-Focused farming and Collective enterprise for farmers Empowerment” being implemented in 36 villages of Daspalla Block, Nayagarh District of Odisha.
• Coordinate with district-level, block level officials, farmer groups, and livelihood collectives.
• Supervise field teams ensuring adherence to project protocols, quality standards, and timelines.
• Monitor implementation of Integrated Agriculture, and Enterprise initiatives and address on-ground challenges in real time.
• Ensure compliance with ethical and participatory approaches, including community consent and transparency.
• Liaise with the central project team for regular planning, reporting, documentation, feedback integration, meeting targets set and budgetary compliance.
• Prepare progress reports, success stories, and impact updates for stakeholders.
Qualifications;
• Bachelor’s in Agriculture & Allied Sciences OR Master’s in Social Work, Agriculture, Tribal Development, Rural Development, MBA, or any other relevant degree.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Applications, Email, and mobile-based data collection tools.
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in managing field-based development programs in rural/agriculture or enterprise sectors.
• Strong organizational, communication, and team management skills.
• Proficiency in Odia, Hindi and English (spoken & written).
• Willingness to travel extensively (50% of total time).
Desirable;
• Prior experience in community-based livelihood projects and enterprise promotion.
• Experience with digital data collection and basic data analysis/reporting.
Remuneration: Gross salary ₹ 37- 40,000 per month (commensurate with competency and experience)
