ontemporary creative circuits respectively. It also functions internationally to realise objectives through dialogue with people around the world. It embodies a continuing engagement with creativity in different communities and locations. Utsha begins with an optimism to take its oeuvre towards new paradigms for generating alternative space for creativity, dialogue, action, exchange and performance. To ensure that the arts, in all their diversity, are nurtured and valued because they enrich individual and community life, are critical to envisioning the future of our society and are indispensable to individual and community well being. Utsha sees its role as a promoter of artistic exchange and dialogue in the visual arts and is here to assist and develop diverse forms of art-practiced individually/ collaboratively or by public/community and other experimental modes of cultural production
