Hunkaar Foundation Hunkar Foundation acts as an intermediary between the contributors who want to feed the needy. Hunkar Foundation was founded by Mr.

Sashikanta Swain with the sole intention of providing free food and clothes to the needy. It does not function like a traditional NGO or Public Trust. And at the same time, it is definitely not a commercial enterprise and "does not work towards the objective of making any profit." Hunkar Foundation functions entirely through voluntary financial contributions and volunteers. All available resources

and finance are fully utilized for the arrangement of food and clothes, distribution of the same, and functioning of the Foundation. We do not pay any salary or commission to anyone!
