Today’s General Body Meeting agenda reflects the key issues and concerns of our contractor community. Important points include tender procedures, Schedule of Rates (SOR), BOQ deviations, EMD matters, site verification, quarry & minor mineral issues, agency participation criteria, and committee decisions.

These discussions are crucial for transparency, fair practices, and smooth ex*****on of development works. Together, through unity and constructive dialogue, we move forward for the betterment of our association and our profession.

Puri District Contractors’ Association – Nimapada Constituency Branch & Kakatpur Branch

The office-bearers and contractor brothers of our Nimapada and Kakatpur branches had a courtesy meeting with our respected MLA of Nimapada Constituency Smt. Pravati Parida (Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister of Odisha). During the meeting, some important matters were discussed and a request was made to extend cooperation for the welfare of contractors.

It was specifically requested that in Nimapada and Kakatpur branches, all tenders be floated strictly at Government-approved Schedule Rate (CDL) and that 14.99% be fully stopped/cut off.

Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister Madam assured full cooperation in this regard. On behalf of the Association, we expressed our heartfelt gratitude and respect by presenting a bouquet.
