A skill can become a livelihood.
For many young people in rural communities, the right opportunity can begin with something as simple as learning a new skill.
Through our Computer & Data Entry Operator (DEO) certification program, InnoDust Foundation works to equip rural youth, with a special focus on young women with digital skills and pathways towards employment.
In 2025, 100 students enrolled in our DEO training program in Khurda district, and all 100 successfully received their certification.
Across three years, the initiative has now certified 274+ rural youth, with 22 women securing formal employment across Odisha.
Behind every number is a person who gained a skill, earned a certification, or moved one step closer to economic independence.
Because for us, training is not just about learning.
It is about creating opportunities, confidence, and sustainable livelihoods.
From potential to livelihood.
