It was nice interactive program, hope finding will be helpful for strengthening childhood cancer care in Odisha.

From vision to action—Odisha takes a decisive step toward curing childhood cancer.

Hosted at Bagchi Sri Shankara Cancer Centre and Research Institute, CanCon Odisha 2026 united policymakers, clinicians, NGOs and global partners to accelerate the WHO Global Initiative for Childhood Cancer (GICC) 2030 mission.
The conference was a joint effort of Umeedein along with Indian Childhood Cancer Initiative, CanKids KidsCan, Rotary International, BHT Karunashraya, Lili Jenamani KRIAA Foundation, Fighters Group, Sraddha Foundation, Lions Club International, LV Prasad Eye Institute, UIS Cancer Foundation, Sanyog, Indian Cancer Society and Amrit Dhara Palliative Care Centre.

Because when institutions collaborate, children survive.

The Government of Odisha has demonstrated exemplary commitment towards early detection of Breast cancer in the state. This effort is evident through the display of KRIAA Foundation 's materials on early signs and symptoms of breast cancer across all District Headquarters Hospitals, covering all 30 districts of Odisha.Also display at Colleges and Offices.

The IEC materials were formally launched today at AHPGIC, Cuttack during the World Cancer Day event, along with other cancer-related IECs, by the Additional Director (NCD) and the hospital administration. Along with our this year and KRITHON-2026 's T-shirt.
