Dinanath Pathy Kala Samman and Memorial Lecture 2026.
Ketaki Foundation Trust organised the 6th Dinanath Pathy Kala Samman and the 4th Dinanath Pathy Memorial Lecture at Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Bhubaneswar, bringing together eminent artists, scholars, writers, and cultural personalities.
Renowned Ganjapa artist Shri Satyanarayan Moharana of Sonepur was conferred with the prestigious honour in recognition of his outstanding contribution towards preserving Odisha’s traditional Ganjapa art.
The memorial lecture was delivered by Prof. Kishor Kumar Basa on the theme “Odishara Kala Sthapatya: Eka Itihasa Tatwika Adhyayana”, presenting an insightful perspective on Odisha’s rich art and architectural heritage.
The programme was graced by eminent scientist, former Vice-Chancellor of Sambalpur University, and distinguished Odissi danseuse Padma Shri Dr. Priyambada Mohanty Hejmadi as Chief Guest. Eminent artist and Trustee of KFT Shri Ramahari Jena conducted the programme, while Shri Jyotiranjan Swain highlighted the Trust’s initiatives towards preserving and promoting Odisha’s art, literature, and culture.
The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from artists, students, intellectuals, and cultural enthusiasts, and was livestreamed for audiences across India and abroad.
