India is the only country in the world which has separate laws based on gender. These laws segregate Men from getting justice when it comes to crime against women. Even though the Article 14 of Constitution of India categorically states that before the Eye of Law there should not be any discrimination based on Gender, Caste, Religion, Language and Place of Birth, still the Law Makers of the Nation envisions India free of Inequality by making such Women-Centric Gender-Biased laws like IPC 375, 376, 498a, 304b, 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Domestic Violence Against Women Act, and many more, which are meant for sheer harassment of men and their families.
Since the enactment of gender biased laws, Men were ignored and the Law Makers, under the pressure from heavily funded Feminist groups were coming up with Legislations which in the name of Women Empowerment were creating ‘Assassin’s Weapon’ to penalize Men and bring in more and more hatred against men in the society. According to National Crime Records Bureau, a Govt. of India Agency, every year 64,000 plus married men and 90,000 plus men are compelled to commit su***de majorly due to the misuse and abuse of these women-centric laws against them and their family members.
Aggrieved from this gender biased law induced agony of men in society, on 27th November, 2019 came into existence, a movement for men and families in distress in the shape of a NGO namely, “Mens Rights Foundation Welfare Society”.
It all started from a Lake City Bhopal of Madhya Pradesh by a Team of Some Senior Men's Rights Activist”,
