Teachers' Capacity Building Training
Abhyasika Project Youth for Seva
With the objective of strengthening the quality of education, Youth for Seva successfully organized a Teachers' Capacity Building Training Program for Abhyasika teachers under the Abhyasika Project.
The training session was conducted by Mr. Himmat Maran, a retired senior educationist from the Department of Education. He provided practical guidance on effective communication, positive classroom management, child-centred teaching, activity-based learning, storytelling, group discussions, questioning techniques, and play-based learning.
The program enhanced teachers' confidence, strengthened their teaching skills, and empowered them to create an engaging, inclusive, and child-friendly learning environment. Such capacity-building initiatives play a vital role in improving the quality of education and supporting the continuous professional development of teachers.
