You must either know about other youth groups or been involved in one before, you must be thinking, ‘What? Geez.’
You haven’t? Great, read on. The original team of this group is made up of a bunch of kids who were a part of a Summer Internship at ANSH Happiness Society, we met great people and were exposed to issues we were woefully ignorant about. We wanted to do something about these issues. W
e aren’t going for ‘WORLD REVOLUTION 2K15’ or s**t like that. Basically we are group of youngsters who care beyond a selfie and a joint. Parties, raves and getting wasted doesn’t make you unique or ‘alive’ when everyone is doing it. You aren’t being wild, you aren’t a rebel. But isn’t being young all about being idealistic and rebellious? Let’s rebel against this culture of indulgence and ignorance. Let’s break our comfortable bubbles of existence. Let’s talk about issues that make us uncomfortable. Let’s work on issues people don’t want to work on. Let’s not grow old, look at the newspapers and just moan about issues. Let’s talk. Let’s try stuff. Let’s make mistakes and try again.
