Aryabhat Foundation

Aryabhat Foundation Aryabhat foundation is a special endeavor for promotion of Astronomy and Basic Science. Most of our activities are free of any charge.

The movement had started over one and a half decade back, and has since taken a shape of a duly registered organisation. We conduct Workshops, Slide Shows, Film Shows, Interaction Sessions and Sky View Sessions for people of different age groups. We seek the support from students, parents and teachers in our small endeavour to strengthen the pillars of the Nation.

Aryabhat’s Vehicle – Dhoomketu – has been handed over to us. Shri Manish Gulati, ED of HEG Limited handed over the key to our kids yesterday.

Dhoomketu has been constructed on Bolero ZX Gold which has a seating capacity of 4 + 1 in the cabin. This version comes with company fitted AC, hence comfortable for long journeys. The Cargo area of this vehicle is 58” X 50” on which we got a box constructed with an internal height of 5.5 feet and padded interior.

We got an inverter (950 watts) in the storage area. We plan to put on a projector + screen for digital display.
